Here are more than 100 Keyboard shortcuts every computer user should know. You should know at least 20 shortcuts because they make computer usage faster and gives you and advantage over those who don't know. Some jobs that require you using computers frequently will require that you know lots of shortcuts to be able to save time.
Below are shortcuts and meanings in different programs in the computer system
